1. On the basis of retaining the advantages of the original MC-I type dust collector, the MC-II type pulse bag filter adopts the low resistance QMF-20P type pulse valve, which extends the service life of the control system and filter bags of the dust collector by more than twice compared to the MC-I type, reducing maintenance workload.

2. The pressure of compressed air used for dust cleaning has been reduced from the original 5-7 kg/cm2 to the current 3 kg/cm2 pressure, but the dust cleaning effect can still achieve the effect of 5-7 kg/cm2 pressure, thus expanding the scope of use.

3. Due to structural improvements, the tightness of the equipment has been enhanced, and the air leakage rate can be less than 10%, further improving product quality.

4. The cover removal device and filter bag fixing method have been reformed, improving working conditions for equipment maintenance and repair.

5. The spraying device has added a protective cover, and the cover structure adopts rainproof measures, so that the dust collector can be placed outdoors without the need for an additional rain shelter, reducing construction investment.

6. The original agitator for dust removal has been removed, and a YJD series automatic rotary ash discharge valve combination air shut-off device has been installed. Expanded the effectiveness of dust cleaning, reduced maintenance, tightly sealed and quickly discharged dust.

The basic structure of MC-II pulse bag filter is shown in Figure 1, which mainly consists of five parts.

1. Upper box: composed of a liftable cover plate and an air outlet;

2. Medium box body: composed of porous plate, filter bag device, and Venturi tube;

3. Lower box: composed of air inlet, ash hopper, and inspection door;

4. Ash discharge system: composed of deceleration device, ash conveying and discharging device;

5. Spray system: composed of a controller, control valve, pulse valve, spray pipe, air bag, and protective equipment;

6. The control instrument adopts JMK-2 pulse controller and WMK pulse non-contact controller.

1. For the convenience of transportation, the 84 to 120 bags of this model of dust collector are divided into two parts. Rubber pads should be added at the installation site, and the connecting bolts should be evenly tightened to ensure good tightness of the dust collector. Control instruments, control valves, filter bag U-shaped pressure gauges, and other components should be cleaned thoroughly before installation.

2. The control instrument is installed and connected to a 220V power supply. Turn on the switch and start each solenoid valve in the order displayed by the numbers (note that the solenoid valve is 220V).

3. When installing the dust removal bag, be careful not to scratch it. Check whether the frame is intact. If there is any damage, it should be repaired in a timely manner and the burrs should be ground off before installation. Otherwise, it will affect the dust removal effect. After installing the filter bag with the suede surface facing outward, the upper opening should be flanged onto the aluminum short tube on the flower board and tied tightly with a tape.

4. Before the initial operation of this dust collector, the pulse blowing system should be checked and confirmed to be correct before operation.

5. Before operation, lubricating oil should be added to the transmission parts of the gearbox and bearings. After the gearbox is filled with HJ-30 lubricating mechanical oil and put into operation, regular oil injection and drainage oil change work should also be carried out. 

6. Damaged filter bags should be replaced in a timely manner. If dust is found at the discharge outlet, it indicates that the filter bag has been damaged. At this time, the fan should be stopped first and the upper cover should be opened to detect the damaged filter bag for replacement.

7. The U-shaped pressure gauge indicates the resistance of the dust collector, which should generally be 80-100 millimeters of water column.

The air filter of the pulse dust collector's air bag and air source should be discharged once a shift, and the filter generally needs to be cleaned once every 3-6 months. The shell and sheet metal structural components should be painted regularly every year.
